An important strategy to consider when playing the Pick 4 is that one-half of the four digits (that is, two digits) repeat within two draws. This should narrow your choices right away. Say, for instance, the winning number was 7643. Add 1 to each digit and produce the following entries: 8643, 7743, 7633, 7644.
